Job Description
Manage 3PLs, contract manufacturers, and warehouse partnersLead end-to-end procurement of raw materials, packaging, and finished goodsForecast demand and align sourcing with production and salesNegotiate contracts, pricing, and SLAs with suppliers and logistics providersMonitor and optimize inventory levels across locationsCollaborate with QA/QC to ensure compliance and product qualityDevelop and implement SOPs for procurement and vendor operationsLeverage ERP and analytics tools for decision-making and reportingConduct vendor audits and performance reviews regularlyThe Successful Applicant
6-10 years in procurement, vendor management, or supply chain operationsExperience managing 3PLs, co-manufacturers, and multi-site logisticsStrong negotiation and contract management skillsDeep understanding of inventory control and demand planningProficient in ERP systems (, NetSuite, SAP) and analytics toolsExcellent communicator and cross-functional collaboratorExperience in a CPG, DTC, manufacturing, or e-commerce environment-
