An Experienced Travel Agent is responsible for generating sales and providing expert travel advice to clients, utilizing in-depth knowledge of travel products, destinations, and services. With several years of experience in the travel industry, the agent uses their sales expertise to create tailored travel solutions for clients, manage bookings, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. This position requires strong sales skills, an understanding of complex travel arrangements, and the ability to effectively manage relationships with both clients and suppliers.Skills & Qualifications:Proven Sales Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in sales, ideally in the travel industry. Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with clients over the phone, via email, and in person. Ability to explain complex travel options and tailor recommendations based on client needs.Customer Service Focus: Strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and resolving any issues that arise. Ability to build long-term relationships with clients.Problem-Solving and Negotiation Skills: Ability to think on your feet and resolve client issues quickly. Strong negotiation skills to secure the best rates and deals from suppliers.Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple clients and bookings simultaneously, keeping all details organized and ensuring accuracy in all travel arrangements.Attention to Detail: Focused on accuracy when processing bookings, handling payments, and providing travel documents to clients.European Tours Experience: Must have experience in organizing and leading group tours, incentive tour, European tours.Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelors degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or a related field is a plus.Salary: Starting salary 25,000 + Performance-based (Bonus)How to Apply: Please send your resume and cover letter to .
