The role involves selling consumer finance and digital products to walk-in and telecalling customers through a structured and consultative sales approach.Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to customers for consumer finance, insurance, concept selling, and loan productsClearly explain product details & benefits in Hindi (basic English understanding required)Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targetsMaintain regular follow-ups and convert leads effectivelyProvide excellent customer interaction and confidently handle objectionsMaintain accurate call logs and lead recordsRequirements1+ year of telesales experienceAny Undergraduate/Graduate can apply Preferred industry experience:Consumer FinanceInsuranceBanking LoansNBFC TelesalesHome Credit / Pine Labs / similar financial servicesStrong command over HindiFemale candidates preferredImmediate joiners (or up to 1-week notice period)Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, East Delhi candidates can also apply.
