Job Description 1 Hiring: Tele sales Professionals – Consumer Finance & Digital Services Locations: Noida Experience: Minimum 1 year (Telesales) Preferred: Female candidates Joining: Immediate joiners (Max 1-week notice) About the Role We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telesales Professionals with strong communication skills and a passion for closing sales. The role involves selling consumer finance and digital products to walk-in and telecalling customers through a structured and consultative sales approach. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to customers for consumer finance, insurance, concept selling, and loan products Clearly explain product details & benefits in Hindi (basic English understanding required) Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets Maintain regular follow-ups and convert leads effectively Provide excellent customer interaction and confidently handle objections Maintain accurate call logs and lead records Requirements 1+ year of telesales experience Any Undergraduate/Graduate can apply Preferred industry experience: Consumer Finance Insurance Banking Loans NBFC Telesales Home Credit / Pine Labs / similar financial services Strong command over Hindi Immediate joiners (or up to 1-week notice period) Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, East Delhi candidates can also apply.
