You may know us as Niva Bupa in India, but globally Bupa has over 80,000 employees, 50m customers and an ambition to reach 100m customers by 2027.Job DescriptionDeliver Testing as per Test Strategy and Test Plans in accordance with Bupa standard (s), dependent on development lifecycle ( SDLC, ADLC, IDLC)Develop test specifications, produce test estimates and track spend against planDevelop test cases, test scripts, and test traceability matrices ensuring sufficient coverage against business requirements / user storiesDevelop Automated test pack with high efficiency and quality by following Bupa Standards, contribute to develop more advance Automation Standards and FrameworkDevelop test programmes that address areas such as database impacts, software scenarios, negative testing or usabilityDevelop, document and maintain test cases and other test artefacts like the test data, data validation, and ensure regression test packs are always maintained and up to dateExecute and evaluate manual & Automation (functional, integration, end to end, regression) test cases and report test results.Identify and find / create test data to support Manual/Automated test processesEvaluate potential risks in the development process and propose mitigation strategiesWork closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure quality is integrated into every phase of developmentThe Successful ApplicantA background in software analysis or software development or IS project from relevant business area is necessary.ISTQB Software Testing Foundation or Intermediate CertificationTotal years of experience should be 1-5 yearsHands-on experience of working on POSTMAN toolExperience working with REST APIExperience in Playwright with Type Script/JavaScriptExperience in Low Code No Code tools setGood understanding of Cloud technology (Google and Azure), Microsoft CRM, Window and UNIX server, Web & App platforms.Understanding of Non-Functional testing like Performance testing, Accessibility Testing, Visual TestingThe ability to demonstrate:Consistent delivery of testing on time and to budgetProblem solving and Risk managementChange managementQuality custodian in software development life cycleUnderstanding of:Project development lifecycle (s) SDLC, ADLC, IDLCStructured approach to QA analysisA strong delivery focusManaging quality engineering activitiesBusiness and IS strategy knowledgeGood Quality Engineering skills covering Functional, API, Automation and non-functional testing
