Experience- Fresher or
experience in Sales coordinator



Salary upto 4.2lpa



Location-Mumbai



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:



•Customer satisfaction: Solve customer queries and ensure proper
functioning of sanctioning and disbursement



•Sales process: Ensure basic sales process is maintained by the team



•Sales targets: Set individual sales targets and monitor productivity



•Team management: Recruit and train FOS, and design incentive plans



•Awareness and lead generation: Head various awareness and lead
generating activities



•Quality sourcing: Incorporate check-points within the sales process
to ensure quality sourcing.



SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:



•Good communication skills



•Experience in negotiating commercial agreements



•Experience in designing incentive plans



•Experience in fraud prevention and detection



•Experience in working with credit policy and operations



•Experience in working with collection department



PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:



Bachelor's degree.



Proficiency in CRM systems



Familiarity with business
intelligence tools
