Our client is bidding for work on the NCRTC/GC for Delhi-Gurugram-SNB Namo Bharat Corridor Delhi- Gurugram-SNB Namo Bharat Corridor.They are looking for suitably qualified and experienced candidates for the role of Chief Operation Expert (International).Roles & Responsibilities:- Implementation of O&M strategies for the RRTS system, ensuring compliance with approved standards, procedures, and international best practices.- Monitor operations and maintenance activities to ensure service reliability, safety, and efficiency.- Review of O&M manuals, SOPs, procedure orders, and O&M documents in alignment with statutory requirements.- Prepare disaster management plans, emergency response protocols, and ensure integration with city- and state-level disaster management authorities.- Finalize operational control strategies suitable for different stages.- Prepare and review train schedules, ensuring efficiency, headway adherence, and synchronization with demand forecasts.- Assess manpower requirements across all O&M functions (operations, maintenance, safety, customer service).- Assist in defining job descriptions, qualifications, and competency frameworks for O&M staff in line with international standards.- Planning of the requirement of all spare parts with sufficient inventory necessary for continuous operations.- Documentation of latest trends both in domestic and international market regarding implementation and operations & maintenance which can be relevant to Employer.- Monitor the Empty Trail Runs and assist the Employer by providing guidance in best international practices.- Assist the Employer in asset handover from project and DLP management.Any other roles and responsibilities required to be performed to complete the project and assigned by the PD/Employer. Job Requirements - Graduate in any Engineering or equivalent with working Knowledge of reading, writing and speaking in English. Master's degree (Engineering) preferred. - Minimum: 20 Years (25+ Years of experience preferable) post minimum qualification experience in any Rail based Passenger Transit System.- Relevant Experience - 10 years' experience for Operations of Rail Based Passenger Transit System as Chief Operations Expert or equivalent position. The period of relevant Experience at the position immediately below the proposed position in organization shall also be considered but its weightage for the period shall be 50%. (For example, 02 years will be considered as 01 year).- Eligible Assignment -Must have Experience of one "Eligible assignment" as Chief Operation Expert or equivalent position.- The period of Eligible Assignment at the position immediately below the proposed position in organization shall also be considered but its weightage for the period shall be 50%. (For example, 02 years will be considered as 01 year).- If assignment period is more than 2 years on a particular project, the number assignment will be considered as follows: Min. 4 years = 2 Assignments Min. 6 years = 3 Assignments- International Experience- Minimum 05 years' experience on projects for Rail based Passenger Transit system with operational speed of 160 kmph or more in Country(s).
