Our client is bidding for work on the NCRTC/GC for Delhi-Gurugram-SNB Namo Bharat Corridor Delhi- Gurugram-SNB Namo Bharat Corridor.They are looking for suitably qualified and experienced candidates for the role of Chief Signalling Expert (International).Roles & Responsibilities:- Design, Procurement and Implementation of S&T Tender for Sarai Kale to SNB section of NCRTC.- Design review of Signalling System- Integration, Testing & Commissioning of signaling system- Interfacing of Signalling System with Rolling Stock, Telecom Subsystems, PSD, Asset Management System etc. Interface document approval.- Interoperability Testing of various subsystems of Signalling System with existing RRTS Corridor.- Assist NCRTC in obtaining statutory approvals.Any other roles and responsibilities required to be performed to complete the project and assigned by the PD/Employer. Job Requirements - Graduate in Electronics and Communication Engineering or equivalent with working Knowledge of reading, writing and speaking in English. Master's degree (Engineering) preferred. - Minimum 20 Years (25+ Years of experience preferable) post minimum qualification experience in S&T system in any Rail based Passenger Transit System.- Relevant Experience - 10 years' experience for Design, procurement and Implementation, Testing & Commissioning of ETCS Level-2 Signalling System including interface with Telecom for Rail Based Passenger Transit System as Chief Signalling Expert or equivalent position. The period of relevant Experience at the position immediately below the proposed position in organization shall also be considered but its weightage for the period shall be 50%. (For example, 02 years will be considered as 01 year).- Eligible Assignment -Must have Experience of one "Eligible assignment" as Chief Signalling Expert or equivalent position.- The period of Eligible Assignment at the position immediately below the proposed position in organization shall also be considered but its weightage for the period shall be 50%. (For example, 02 years will be considered as 01 year).- If assignment period is more than 2 years on a particular project, the number assignment will be considered as follows: Min. 4 years = 2 Assignments Min. 6 years = 3 Assignments- International Experience- Minimum 05 years' experience on projects for Rail based Passenger Transit system with operational speed of 160 kmph or more in Country(s).
