We’re seeking afuture team member for the role of Vice President, Full-StackEngineer I, to join our Treasury Services client insightsinnovation hub team. This role is in Pune-MH,HYBRID.
In this role, you’ll make an impactin the following ways:
- Design and development of featuresand components
- Collaborating with other engineers in designand development
- Help triage bugs, track software defects, andensure their timely resolution
- Follows technical standards and qualityInterface with product and other functional teams and theirleadership.
- Programming well-designed, testable,efficient code.
- Analyze, design and develop tests andtest-automation suites.
- Develop flowcharts, layouts and documentationto satisfy requirements andsolutions.
- Apply security and privacyprinciples.
- Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existingsystems.
- Ensuresoftware is updated with latestfeatures.
- Participate in deployment process followingall change controls.
- Leverage existing products/functionality andpromote reuse.
- Collaborate with business users, projectmanagers and engineers to achieve elegantsolutions.
- Programming well-designed, testable,efficient code. Analyze, design and develop tests andtest-automation suites and has thorough knowledge of the SoftwareDevelopment Life Cycle.
- Actively participate in code reviews andcreate test Plan and test Data.
- S/he also ensures that expected applicationperformance levels are achieved by coordinating, coding, testing,implementation and documentation.
- Provide ongoing maintenance, support andenhancements in existing systems and platforms. Providerecommendations for continuousimprovement.
- Active learning engagement. Complete allrequired mandatory training / policy awareness curricula on time.Use learning tools such as BK Live to complete both recommended andaspirational targets set in personal developmentplans.
- Demonstrate teamwork by working alongsideother engineers on the team to elevate technology and consistentlyapply best practices and take shared responsibility for the overallefforts that the team has committed to.
- Utilize local meetups to gain and shareknowledge.
- Actsas mentor to junior level engineers.
- Experience in using a specific applicationdevelopment toolkit and knowledge of front end and backenddevelopment coding languages such as Java, SQL, HTML, NodeJS, CSS,JSON, Angular, JavaScript.
- Must also have Knowledge in applicationframeworks and containerization like Spring-boot,Docker.
To be successful in thisrole, we’re seeking thefollowing:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer scienceengineering or a related discipline, or equivalent work experiencerequired
- 5-7 years ofexperience in software development.
- Experience in the securities or financialservices industry is a plus.
- Job holder must have understandinginterdependencies and business impact of future ITplans.
- S/hemust have prior lead experience selecting and implementingvendor-specific methodologies and prior consulting experience withstructured methodologies.
- Extensive experience with developing andsupporting front end and back-end end development required. Jobholder must have broad experience with multi-platform developmenttools and toolkits.
