Job Description
Monitor and control costs across business verticals and functions (fixed / variable / manpower, etc.)Suggest and drive cost optimising and profitable solutionsDevelop and maintain cost-effective strategiesPrepare financial reports and present findings to the managementCollaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise cost efficiencyProvide support in the development of annual budgets and forecastsParticipate in financial audits and implement corrective actions as neededThe Successful Applicant
A successful System Cost Controller should have:
A strong educational background in Accounting & Finance or a related field (CA or MBA)8+ years of relevant work experience in cost / expense analyticsHave driven cost control projection with involvement of multiple stakeholders and tangible / quantifiable outcomesA background in consulting having worked on cost reduction projectsExcellent communication and presentation skillsStrong analytical abilities and attention to detailA collaborative mindset with the ability to work with cross-functional teamsThe ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines-
