The role requires strong sales skills, knowledge of Ads platforms, and the ability to work across global time zones.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct outbound sales (calls, emails, digital outreach) to promote Ads services.Identify opportunities, create targeted sales strategies, and meet monthly/quarterly targets.Build strong client relationships with consistent communication.Guide clients on Ads campaign optimization for better ROI.Track sales metrics and maintain accurate CRM records.Use AI-driven tools for lead generation and sales productivity.RequirementsBachelor’s degree (Business/Marketing preferred).2+ years in outbound sales—digital ads or digital solutions preferred.Proven track record of hitting sales targets.Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.Valid Ads certification (Google/Meta or similar).Ability to work rotating shifts (including nights).BenefitsStrong understanding of digital marketing trends.Experience using AI tools for sales enhancement.Ability to excel in a high-performance, target-driven environment.
