Job Description

Define and execute the vision for a GTM tailored to regional FMCG brands.Develop scalable GTM services including digital ads, brand activations, sampling, and retail intelligence.Drives scalability and repeatable success models and drive brand graduation from one tier to the next in scale and ARPB (Avg Revenue per Brand) monetizationCollaborate with product, tech, supply chain, and retail teams to build platform-based solutions.Full P&L ownership for both the Regional Brands business and the GTM platform including revenue, supply chain costs, contribution margins, and brand growth.Design commercial models (, subscriptions, performance-based pricing) and drive monetization.Lead a multi-functional team across sales, marketing, operations, and category management.Foster a culture of experimentation, ownership, and customer-centricity.

The Successful Applicant

15+ years of experience with proven P&L ownership in high-growth startups/ business units/ FMCG companies.Demonstrated success in building and scaling internet/platform businesses (0→1 and 1→10).Strong understanding of India's FMCG landscape, General trade and regional brand dynamics (preferred).Experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with product, tech, and ops.Strong product thinking, customer empathy, and ability to engage with family-run businesses.High integrity, resilience, and a bias for action.MBA from a Tier-1 business school preferred.
