Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the development and execution of strategies for organic farming, Farmer
Producer Organizations (FPOs), and skill development programs.
Lead initiatives to promote sustainable agricultural practices and organic farming
methods.
Collaborate with stakeholders to strengthen FPOs and enhance their market linkages.
Drive skill development programs for farmers, ensuring the adoption of best practices
and technologies.
Monitor and analyse agribusiness trends, ensuring compliance with regulatory
standards.
Build partnerships with government agencies, NGOs, and agribusiness networks.
Manage budgets, ensure efficient resource allocation, and oversee project execution.
Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness Management, or related
fields.
8 to 10yrs of experience in organic farming, FPO management, and rural
development.
Strong understanding of sustainable farming, market linkages, and policy frameworks.
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Manage the respective teams.
Business development in Govt. and Private sector
Build skill development team
Should have knowledge and experience in CSR initiatives and Consultancy Services.
