Job Description

Sales Leadership: Manage, coach, and grow a team of sales professionals to achieve both individual and team sales targets.Sales Strategy & Execution: Build and implement sales plans to drive direct sales of luxury holiday homes, while adapting strategies based on market insights and competition.Client Management: Develop and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, investors, and channel partners; oversee end-to-end sales lifecycle from inquiry to closure.Market Analysis & Reporting: Track sales metrics, monitor real estate trends, and present performance updates to senior leadership with actionable insights.Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing to optimize campaign outcomes and with operations to ensure seamless customer handovers and satisfaction.Compliance: Ensure all transactions align with legal requirements and uphold ethical business practices.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate is a seasoned sales professional with 4-10 years of experience in real estate-ideally within premium or luxury housing. You should have a proven track record of closing high-value deals, managing sales teams, and building strong customer relationships. Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and the ability to work independently are essential. Familiarity with real estate software (Lead Hero, MS Office) is a plus.
