You’ll also play a key role in shaping the next generation of data scientists by mentoring junior team members and interns.If you're excited by LLMs, transformer models, and pushing the boundaries of what's possible with data—this is the place to be.Requirements5 to 7 years of experience in Data Science or Machine Learning rolesProven ability to work on end-to-end ML projects—from research to productionConduct in-depth machine learning research and stay updated with state-of-the-art advancementsRead, interpret, and implement research papers, especially in the Generative AI domainMentor and guide junior data scientists and interns in executing real-world projectsDesign and build machine learning and deep learning models to solve complex business challengesWork collaboratively across teams to turn data into decisions, and models into productsStrong foundation in Statistics and ProbabilityAdvanced proficiency in Python for data science and ML workflowsHands-on experience with key libraries like Scikit-learn, Keras, TensorFlow, and PyTorchExpertise in core ML algorithms like Linear/Logistic Regression, Decision Trees, Gradient Descent, SVMs, etc.Deep familiarity with Transformer architectures and working with Large Language Models (LLMs)Experience with frameworks like Langchain or LlamaIndex for building LLM-based applicationsAbility to turn theoretical models into production-ready code with clarity and precisionBenefitsWe don’t just hire employees—we invest in people.
