Human Resources (HR) Implant (Hosur)The HR Implant will play a crucial role in integrating HR practices and policies within the organization, serving as a direct link between employees and management. The main objective is to seamlessly embed HR functions into the company's daily operations, offering support, guidance, and strategic HR solutions to address business requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesEmployee RelationsServe as the initial point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.Mediate conflicts and oversee resolution processes.Foster a positive and inclusive workplace environment.Recruitment and OnboardingCollaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and manage hiring procedures.Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new employees.Performance ManagementAssist in implementing performance appraisal systems.Provide coaching and feedback to employees and managers.Contribute to the development of performance improvement plans.Training and DevelopmentIdentify training needs and facilitate professional development initiatives.Organize workshops, seminars, and training sessions.Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.Compliance and Policy ManagementEnsure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulations.Update and maintain HR policies and procedures.Conduct audits and prepare compliance reports.Compensation and BenefitsSupport the administration of compensation and benefits programs.Provide information and assistance to employees regarding benefits.Participate in salary surveys and market analysis.HR Analytics and ReportingCollect and analyze HR data to guide decision-making.Prepare and present HR reports and metrics to management.Identify trends and recommend improvements based on data insights.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.0-6 months of experience in an HR role, preferably in a similar implant capacity.Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and legal regulations.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.RequirementsQualifications-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Experienced- FreshersFreshers to 6months of experience in an HR role, preferably in a similar implant capacity.Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and legal regulations.Excellent interpersonal, communication,MIS and Excel and conflict resolution skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.BenefitsSalary - depending on the experience
