
Digital Marketing Manager – India

You’ll be responsible for forecasting, building, deploying, and reporting on paid digital campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, and Snapchat. At the same time, you’ll broaden your impact by driving our organic marketing strategy, including SEO, website optimisation, and content support.
Key Responsibilities
Driving all paid digital campaigns end-to-end, from planning through to reporting. Develop integrated campaign plans that combine paid media with organic initiatives. Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to Business Units on digital marketing activity. Support SEO and website content development projects in collaboration with BUs. Advise on social media content strategy and contribute to planning and creation where needed. Work collaboratively with our university partnerships in the UK and Europe, as well as our global network of student recruitment experts. Report on combined paid and organic performance, showing impact on leads, engagement, and brand visibility in a clear and relatable way. Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices – including AI – to future-proof our approach.Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience
Experience managing paid digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other platforms. A strong understanding of SEO, website optimisation, and organic growth strategies. The ability to think strategically while being hands-on with campaign delivery. Confidence in presenting performance data and insights to stakeholders of differing knowledge levels.
