Job description Greet and assist customers at the counter in a friendly and professional manner. Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products. Demonstrate and explain product features, usage, and benefits. Handle point-of-sale (POS) transactions, billing, and cash/card payments. Maintain inventory levels and restock shelves as needed. Keep the counter area clean, organized, and presentable. Maintain records of sales, customer inquiries, and complaints. Upsell and cross-sell products to achieve sales targets. Resolve customer issues or escalate to the manager when necessary. Follow company policies and guidelines for sales and customer service.
