Should have worked Architects, Developers, Consultants w.r.t specifications & sales of products. FRESHERS ALSO WELCOME 9 Nature of Past Experience: Should have the experience in sales of high end construction / building material products in Delhi NCR. In this role, he / she have dealt with architects in Delhi NCR & international architects from western countries, facade consultants who provide Technical support. Presentation to architects, building owners, consultants. The candidate should have the ability to work independently 10 Specific Skills Required: Selling skills of High end Construction / Building material products Ability to work closely with specifying agencies for large Government projects / Consultants / Architects / selling / contact with general contactors, interior contractors, specialty sub-contactors (glaziers, metal fabricators, etc.) 11 Desired Personal Attributes: We are looking for a person who enjoys meeting people with a outgoing and pleasing selling personality & good communication & Influencing Skills. Ability to deal with high end Architects / Consultants / Project Managers/Contractors and project site activities Candidates with valid 2 wheeler driving license 12 Preferred Industries: Cement, Steel, Pipes, Glass, Fittings & fitouts, Sanitaryware, facades, Airconditioning, Lighting, Fenestration, Other building materials 13 Approx. CTC per annum: 25-45K INR per month + incentives (Conveyance is mandatory) 14 Languages: Good command of English & Hindi
