JOB SUMMARY:Responsible for the training and equitable treatment of all poker room personnel.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:•Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the company policies.•Inspires others by leading by example and being a positive role model.•Responsibilities include training employees; directing work; appraisingperformance; rewarding and disciplining; addressing concerns of subordinates;and resolving problems within the department.•Positive energy and enthusiasm focusing on customer and employees alike.•Maintains a safe and clean working environment.•Implements and ensures compliance with approved policies, procedures, anddirect personnel in accordance with company policies and objectives.•Responsible for the training and equitable treatment of all poker room personnel.•Promote outstanding guest relations.•Perform other duties as assigned.EDUCATION/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:Thorough knowledge of all poker games and operations.Two years’ experience as a poker dealer in a casino environment.One year supervisory experience in poker room operations.
