Job Description:
• Grow business across portfolio by using the right marketing mix for awareness to lead generation across different channel
• Own the Campaign calendar in conjunction with Commercial & Product marketing requirements for each FY
• Drive content-driven, marketing automation campaigns, digital ads, and connected landing pages from idea stage to content writing, to working with designers to develop enriching imagery, up to execution and reporting.
• Establish a campaign measurement framework to ensure ongoing review and adjustment in alignment with marketing funnel KPIs.
• Develop the necessary training calendar for internals sales team on Growth Products or NPI’s (New Product Introductions)
• Identify the KOL’s( key opinion leader ) in the region in various segments and maintain the closed communication loop.
• Customer specific / Product specific marketing mix .
• Road show planning along with BAM and drive it.
• Analysis and assessment of the activities of local competitors
• Coordination with Repligen Corporation Central Marketing team .
• Analysis and Assessment of activities vs lead generation .
Tools Proficiency:
• CRM – SFDC, SAP etc
• Email Marketing: Mail Chimp, Eloqua , BioSpectrum etc
• Marketing Automation tools: SFMC, Hubspot, Marketo etc
• Microsoft – PowerPoint, Excel ,Word
• Data Analysis: Tableau, Power BI etc
Key Skills expected:
• Persistent: Never give up. Fail, learn, improve and Self motivated
• Energetic: Consistently demonstrate high energy and passion.
• Writing skills: One needs excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills as well as the journalistic ability to source stories from your peers across the hierarchy in the organization.
• Speaking skills: You also need strong speaking skills as you are likely to be called on to give presentations to staff. Internal communications managers need sensitivity to an organization’s goals and values and the ability to relay them to employees• Interpersonal skills: You need good interpersonal and relationship-building skills to work with cross functional teams in the region. You also need to possess the confidence to deal with senior executives and explain communication techniques to them.
• Creative Storyteller - Drive high impact stories of the initiative that resonate with organisation’s diverse customer base and help amplify related messages in the internal channels.
Qualification:
• Graduate in Science /Biotechnology /Life science / Chemical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or similar field.
• MBA in Marketing from reputed Institute.
• 6-10 years’ experience in similar field.
