Job Description

Support the end-to-end manager research lifecycle-from sourcing and evaluating new managers to monitoring existing relationshipsConduct comprehensive due diligence on PMSs and AIFs, including investment philosophy, process, team, performance, and risk managementPrepare detailed investment research reports and participate in manager approval and review processesCollaborate with the Quant Strategy team to integrate qualitative insights into systematic allocation models

The Successful Applicant

2-5 years of experience in manager research, investment consulting, or fund evaluationPrior experience with institutional platforms strongly preferredFamiliarity with the Indian AIF and PMS ecosystem or a strong desire to specialize in IndiaDeep understanding of fund due diligence frameworks, investment performance metrics, and risk attribution
