They are looking to hire for a PMO lead based out of Bangalore.Job DescriptionThe major responsibilities include:Coordinate and manage projects to enhance operational excellence across various functions.Develop and implement strategies to streamline manufacturing processes.Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring alignment with business goals.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency improvements.Identify and mitigate risks associated with project execution.Analyse operational data to recommend process enhancements.Support the adoption of best practices within the engineering and manufacturing departments.Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policiesThe Successful ApplicantAn ideal candidate is a full time engineer with 15+ yrs of experience in program management in semiconductor/defence and aerospace/automobile/industrial automation industries. They must have lean six sigma black belt certification. They should have worked on program management in the field of operations worked on transformation/continuous improvement/ supply chain transformation projects. They must have team management experience and have handled senior team members. They should have clear and concise communication skills.
