Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and fast-typing Data Entry Operator to join our HR/Recruitment consultancy team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining accurate data across various systems. You will work closely with recruiters and administrative staff to ensure timely and error-free documentation of client and candidate information.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter candidate and client data accurately into internal databases, spreadsheets, and CRM tools
Maintain and update candidate records, resumes, and job postings
Perform data verification to ensure accuracy and completeness
Scan and organize documents electronically
Assist with generating reports and summaries as needed
Coordinate with team members to ensure timely data processing
Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
Perform basic administrative tasks like email handling and file management
Essential Qualifications:
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduation is an added advantage)
Basic proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Knowledge of data entry software or CRM tools is a plus
Typing speed of at least 30–40 words per minute with high accuracy
Skills Required:
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Good organizational and time management skills
Ability to work under minimal supervision
Basic communication skills in English and Tamil
Ability to maintain confidentiality of data
Quick learner with adaptability to different software tools
