Lead global learning and talent development projects with real impact.Work in a fast-paced, multinational environment with senior stakeholder exposureAbout Our Client- The client is a leading global organisation in the commodities and energy sector, with a strong presence across multiple regions. - The company is known for its fast-paced, multinational work culture and focus on sustainability, innovation and long-term growth.Job Description - Lead and manage multiple learning and talent development projects from planning to delivery- Design and implement digital learning solutions, including eLearning, virtual and blended programs.- Oversee talent initiatives such as competency development, succession planning, and leadership programs.- Partner with senior leaders, HR, and business units to align learning with organizational goals.- Manage vendors, budgets, timelines, and risks to ensure successful project outcomes.- Use data and feedback to measure effectiveness and continuously improve learning offerings.The Successful Applicant- The successful candidate will bring 10+ years of experience in Learning & Development, with a strong track record in managing projects across digital learning and talent development.- The ideal candidate will come from a consulting firm background - They will have expertise in learning technologies and talent frameworks, solid project management skills (preferably PMP/Prince2 certified), and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to drive impactful, innovative solutions.
