Roles and Responsibilities Position Overview: As an Online Performance Marketing Head you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive online marketing strategies to drive performance and achieve business goals. You will lead a team of marketing professionals, collaborate with cross- functional teams, and utilize various digital channels and tactics to optimize online campaigns and enhance customer acquisition, conversion, and retention. Key Responsibilities: Strategy Development: Develop and execute overall online performance marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. Identify target audiences and market segments for effective campaign planning. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and stay updated with industry trends. Team Leadership and Management: Lead a team of online marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as creative teams, content writers, and data analysts, to ensure smooth campaign execution. Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and collaboration within the team. Campaign Planning and Execution: Plan and execute online marketing campaigns across various channels, such as search engine marketing (SEM), display advertising, social media advertising, email marketing, and affiliate marketing. Utilize data-driven insights and analytics to optimize campaigns, improve performance, and maximize ROI. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly report campaign results to management. Conversion Optimization: Implement conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies to improve website and landing page performance. Conduct A/B testing, analyze user behavior, and make data-driven decisions to enhance user experience and increase conversion rates. Collaborate with web development and UX/UI teams to implement improvements based on CRO findings. Budgeting and Financial Management: Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets. Monitor campaign costs, track ROI, and adjust strategies as needed to improve cost-effectiveness. Performance Analytics and Reporting: Utilize marketing analytics tools and platforms to track, measure, and analyze campaign performance. Prepare regular performance reports and presentations for management, highlighting key insights, trends, and recommendations. Industry Knowledge and Innovation: Stay updated with industry best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies in online marketing and performance measurement. Identify opportunities for innovation and experimentation to drive continuous improvement in marketing strategies and tactics.
