This role will require a strong grasp of both languages and an understanding of technical content related to engineering and oil & gas. Key Responsibilities Translate technical documents, manuals, contracts, and engineering drawings between Mandarin and English Provide interpretation support during team meetings, site visits, and vendor negotiations Assist cross-functional teams in coordinating with Chinese stakeholders Ensure cultural and linguistic accuracy in all forms of written and verbal communication Support the procurement and construction departments with bilingual documentation Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Language Studies, Engineering, or a related field 5–10 years of experience in translation and interpretation, preferably in EPC or Oil & Gas sectors Proficiency in Mandarin and English (both spoken and written) Familiarity with technical terms related to construction and engineering Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills
