Responsibilities and Duties: 1. Preparing monthly production plan. and Manpower Handling  2. Assigning daily production targets to supervisors. 3. Maintaining Requirement V/s Production data daily. 4. Collectively manage the production of all departments. 5. Daily recording of production. 6. Month-end inventory. 7. Raw Material Planning. 8. Improve the overall equipment efficiency (OEE). 9. Managing manpower shortages. 10.Preparing monthly data for management review. Qualifications: 1. Diploma Electrical / Mechanical  2. Should have a prior experience in the Electrical Industry. 3. Minimum experience should be at least 7-10 years. 4. Should be comfortable with using mail. 5. Should have an intermediate knowledge of MS Excel. 6. Locals from Faridabad are preferred. 7. Should have an excellent knowledge of Motor machinery and operations. 8. Should be able to manage a team.
