Job Title:Inside Sales Executive - Client AcquisitionLocation:Saket, DelhiWork Mode:Work from Office (WFO)Experience:2-4 years (preferably with Recruitment / Staffing companies)About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and target-driven Inside Sales Executive focused onclient acquisition. The role involves researching potential clients, mapping decision-makers, initiating conversations, and scheduling qualified meetings. Post client signup, accounts will be transitioned to the delivery/account management team – your focus will remain purely onnew client acquisition.Key ResponsibilitiesMarket Research & Client MappingIdentify potential industries, companies, and key stakeholders.Maintain a structured client database for outreach.Prospecting & Lead GenerationConduct cold calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.Qualify leads based on requirements, budget, and authority.Client Engagement & Meeting SetupPitch company services and value propositions effectively.Schedule qualified meetings for senior sales leadership.Sales Pipeline & ReportingTrack activities, responses, and progress in CRM systems.Maintain weekly/monthly reports on outreach and conversions.Target AchievementConsistently meet outreach, meeting scheduling, and qualified lead generation targets.Required Skills & Qualifications2-4 years of Inside Sales / Lead Generation / Business Development experiencewith Recruitment or Staffing companies.Proven track record in cold calling, email campaigns, and client prospecting.Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Familiarity with CRM tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a high-performance sales environment.
