Manage all company legal processes and documentationEnsure compliance with statutory obligations and advise management on legal aspectsPrepare and submit statutory forms and returns in a timely mannerCoordinate and organize Board and Committee meetingsHandle the organization's corporate governance initiativesManage all Shareholder communication and relationsHandle all secretarial activities for the organizationWork closely with the legal team to manage company policies and proceduresThe Successful Applicant
A successful Head CS should have
CS + LLB qualification with at-least ten years of experiencePrior Experience with a listed organization is mandatoryIPO experience will be ideal-
