A reputed law firm is looking to hire an Associate (1-2 years PQE) for its Dispute Resolution team in Delhi. The role offers an excellent opportunity to work on high-stakes litigation and arbitration matters across diverse sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting in strategizing and handling complex disputes before various forums, including the Supreme Court, High Courts, tribunals, and arbitral tribunals. Drafting pleadings, legal opinions, and research notes on diverse legal issues. Engaging in detailed legal research and analysis to support litigation and arbitration strategy. Representing clients in hearings, briefing senior counsels, and coordinating with external legal teams as required. Managing case files, client communications, and ensuring seamless execution of litigation/arbitration matters.Candidate Requirements:
1-2 years of post-qualification experience in dispute resolution at a reputed law firm. (In-house experience will not be considered.) Strong legal research and drafting skills. Prior experience in handling court proceedings and interacting with clients. Excellent academic credentials and a strong track record of publications in reputed journals. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Why Join Us?
