Our client is an India-focused Operator-Investor Growth Venture Fund Platform, that houses a 'sounding board' of large operating experts to help profitably scale Series B/C companies in Technology & Consumer Platform businesses. It is sector agnostic, but has identified essential solutions building India -

Job Description

Fundraising

Maintain proposal presentation templates and associated client questionnairePrepare client / prospect specific proposalsMaintain model portfoliosDevelop and maintain discretionary mandate track record and benchmarking



Reporting and Investment analysis

Prepare and / or review client reporting materials including monthly investment statements, semi-annual investment reports and any custom reportingCoordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure client portfolio data is captured and uploaded into relevant reporting systemsPrepare custom internal reportingPrepare Board meeting agenda and materials and prepare / review minutes thereafter



Other support tasks

Maintain a deep understanding of the firm's product offerings, including investment philosophy, investment strategy and general portfolio constructsPrepare and coordinate responses to clients and prospect queries

The Successful Applicant

MBA, Master's Degree in Finance, CA or a bachelor's degree with relevant prior experience6-8 years of investor relations experience in the financial services industryFundraising/IR experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsGlobal mindset with the ability to collaborate and work with teams across different geographiesUnderstanding of portfolio management basics, including portfolio optimisation conceptsExceptional Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills
