Job Description

Lead and manage the Technology Department's daily operations.Develop and implement strategic technology initiatives in line with the organization's goals.Collaborate with other department heads to ensure technology alignment with business objectives.Oversee IT budgeting and resource allocation.Ensure regulatory compliance on all technology matters.Develop and implement IT policies and best practices.Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.Oversee the implementation of new systems and infrastructure.

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Deputy CTO - Channels' should have:

Graduation ( in Electronics & Telecommunications/ Computer Science/ Electronics & Electrical/ Information Technology/ Electronics & Communication OR Graduate with Post- Graduation in MCA from a recognized University by the Govt. of India"Proven experience in a technology leadership role within the financial services sector, preferably retail banking and loans providers.Strong knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Strong strategic and business acumen.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
