Job Description
Work with credit business team supporting them in preparation and maintenance of financial models for all issuers and potential transactions coveredBuild financial forecasts for all relevant names using the Common Lens FrameworkCreate pitch decks for and pre-meeting materials on potential clients, including overview of the company, capital structure, historical financials and business strategyAssist the Relevant Analysts in the preparation of credit approval memoranda and PowerPoint presentations, both for new credits and for periodic credit reviewsThe Successful Applicant
2+ years' experience analyzing corporate financial statements, as well as bond and equity offering documents.Strong excel skills in order to build spreadsheets detailing historical financial performance.Strong power point skills in order to support production of presentations.-
