We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead the development team. The team is responsible for the development of extensions, customizations, integrations, and reports. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and experience in development program management. Exposure to the Oracle Fusion suite, including Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), will be a significant advantage.

Responsibilities:

Lead the development and implementation of extensions, customizations, integrations, and reports leveraging Oracle Apex and OICManage defect resolution and change requests for components already in productionManage project timelines, budgets, and resourcesIdentify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.Provide technical guidance and support to the development team.Ensure compliance with industry best practices and standards.Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders and senior management.Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Requirements:

15 to 20 years of experience in technical program management, with a focus on development projects.Strong technical background, with experience in software development and ERP systems.Exposure to Oracle Fusion suite, including Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), is highly desirable.Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong communication and leadership skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
