JOB DETAILS


To manage a shop floor spread over of approximate 75000 sqft and a total team if 10-12 direct and more than90 indirect reportees. The expected deliveries are quality objective, OTIF (On time in Full), waste reduction, optimisation of machine & manpower utilisation,

Will need coordinate with various teams to ensure that the customer requirement is fulfilled hence needs to be a team player.

To have excellent communication skill with all forms of communication, most importantly electronic media & written communication. The individual should have experience with communicating & dealing with customers on a regular basis.

To have strong problem solving ability and keen eye for finding defects before they turn into major issues and provide the necessary corrective action plan

Should be comfortable and keep his focus while working under pressure.

Will be required to master product and process knowledge as this is will essential for him to understand the solve operational issues that will arise from time to time.

Will need to provide regular updates on the performance of his department and team members.
