We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Development Director to join our team in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of property development, including planning, design, construction, and project management. This role requires a deep understanding of the Indian real estate market and regulations, as well as a proven track record of successful project delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement property development strategies, ensuring they align with the company's overall goals and objectives
  • Manage all aspects of the property development process, including site selection, due diligence, entitlements, design, construction, and project management
  • Oversee the preparation of feasibility studies, financial analyses, and project proposals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and legal professionals
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, landowners, investors, and lenders
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and codes
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful delivery
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project status and performance
  • Identify and mitigate project risks

Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Real Estate or related field. A Master's degree in Business Administration is preferred
  • 2-12 years of experience in property development, preferably in India
  • Deep understanding of the Indian real estate market and regulatory environment
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery, with a portfolio of completed projects
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
