We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Director to lead our sales team in India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals
  • Manage the sales team and provide coaching and support to ensure team members meet their targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to capture them
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition
  • Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance and market trends to senior management

Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • 2-12 years of experience in sales, preferably in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members
  • Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
  • Knowledge of the Indian market and industry trends
  • Ability to analyze market data and make data-driven decisions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Fluency in English and Hindi, both written and spoken
