Location: Sonipat, Haryana (Hybrid Modal - 3 Days Office & 3 Days Home)

About Company:

A modern semi-automatic poultry processing plant equipped with sophisticated, state of the art imported machinery is set up in a food processing zone near Delhi to provide fresh, healthy, hygienic and wholesome chicken to the consumers at reasonable prices.

Job Summary:

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive sales, and ensure the company's products meet customer needs within the Poultry & feed industry. This role requires a deep understanding of the market, customer behavior, and competitive landscape with in Ecom , marketing & branding knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Market Research and Analysis:

o   Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated with industry trends.

o   Analyze competitors' products, marketing strategies, and sales performance.

o   Identify target customers and assess their needs and preferences.

  1. Marketing Strategy Development:

o   Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns to promote the company's animal feed products.

o   Set marketing goals and objectives in alignment with the company's sales targets.

o   Collaborate with the sales team to ensure marketing strategies align with sales initiatives.

  1. Brand Management:

o   Enhance brand visibility and reputation through various marketing channels including digital, print, and events.

o   Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, and advertisements.

o   Manage the company's online presence, including website content, social media, and digital marketing campaigns.

  1. Product Promotion:

o   Design and execute product launch campaigns for new animal feed products.

o   Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other promotional events.

o   Handling and launching our new products on different online Platfor such as Zepto and Swiggy instamart .

  1. Budget Management:

o   Prepare and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI on marketing activities.

o   Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.

  1. Team Leadership:

o   Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve departmental goals.

o   Coordinate with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and customer service.

  1. Reporting and Analysis:

o   Provide regular reports on marketing performance to senior management.

o   Use data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and improve outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 8+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within the animal feed or related industry.

  • Work Environment: Primarily office-based with occasional travel for trade shows, client meetings, and field visits.
