Job Description


We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with sales and marketing, particularly in developing and executing strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement. This role requires understanding of market research, client relationship management, marketing techniques. Experienced Candidates please note must have extensive knowledge of sales pipeline management and strategic marketing campaigns and also possess good knowledge of B2B client acquisition strategies and analytics-driven decision-making


Responsibilities


  • Market Research and Analysis: Understand market trends, customer demands, and competitor activities in the textile sector.
  • Sales Development: Reach out to potential clients and generate leads through various channels (cold calls, emails, social media). Present textile products (such as fabrics, garments, or other related goods) to clients. Negotiate terms and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals. Address client concerns, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Product Promotion: Collaborate on creating and implementing marketing strategies for textile products. Assist in developing promotional materials like brochures, presentations, and digital content.
  • Reporting and Feedback: Track sales progress and prepare regular reports on performance. Gather customer feedback to provide actionable insights for improving products or services.
  • Field Visits and Networking: Visit clients on-site to demonstrate products and understand their needs better. Attend trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events to network and promote the brand.


Qualifications


  • Proven experience in marketing, sales, or business development within the textile or fashion industry, particularly in denim.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer requirements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.


Requirements


  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in direct marketing, focusing on the textile industry.
  • Excellent command of the English language with exceptional verbal and written communication skills - MUST HAVE
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and build long-term relationships.
  • Good knowledge of fabric and textile market trends is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
