Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified Finance Assistant to join our clients dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of banking and finance principles, with experience in handling various financial tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Banking and Finance:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Process various financial transactions, including payments, receipts, and bank deposits.
- Reconcile bank statements and identify discrepancies.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
- EDPMS and IDPMS:
- Demonstrate proficiency in using EDPMS and IDPMS systems.
- Input and manage financial data accurately within these systems.
- Generate reports and analyze financial information using EDPMS and IDPMS.
- Sanction Letter Analysis:
- Thoroughly review and analyze sanction letters to understand terms and conditions.
- Ensure compliance with sanction letter requirements and regulations.
- Letter Drafting:
- Prepare and draft various financial-related letters, such as correspondence with banks, clients, and internal departments.
- Ensure that letters are clear, concise, and professionally written.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 6-7 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
- Strong knowledge of banking and finance principles.
- Proficiency in using EDPMS and IDPMS systems.
- Good knowledge about RBI regulations.
- A quick and agile work temperament.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
