We’re scaling rapidly and investing in Zoho to automate operations, sales, and customer workflows.
We’re looking for a Zoho Implementation Consultant to oversee partner agencies , ensure strategic alignment , and guarantee on-time, high-quality execution across all Zoho applications.
Your focus will be on monitoring progress, validating outcomes , and ensuring every Zoho module functions seamlessly to support business operations.
Lead and manage the entire Zoho implementation roadmap across CRM, Flow, Books, Creator, and Analytics.
Monitor development progress, track milestones, and ensure on-time, quality delivery .
Provide weekly updates to leadership with progress, risks, and improvement suggestions.
4+ years of experience leading or consulting on Zoho implementations .
~ Deep understanding of Zoho applications (CRM, Books, Flow, Analytics, Creator) and their capabilities.
~ Proven experience managing external Zoho agencies or vendors and ensuring delivery meets business expectations.
~ Excellent project management, communication, and documentation skills.
~ Experience in operations-heavy or service-based businesses.
Zoho certifications in CRM, Flow, or Creator.
Contract Details
In-office role (Bangalore)
Contract-based
Full-time or Part-time options available
Duration: 3 to 6 months (extendable based on performance) and conversion to full-time possible
