The role involves managing, designing, implementing, and maintaining robust network systems and infrastructure to ensure reliability and performance. Engineers will perform troubleshooting, network analysis, optimization, and security assessments to meet operational standards. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to support seamless integration and functionality of telecom infrastructure.1. ATN EngineerNumber of Resources: 4Experience Required: 5 YearsDomain: Huawei OEM preferred, NOC Support environmentSkillset Required:Strong alarm management, ticketing, and escalation proceduresAbility to work 24x7Strong knowledge of IP/MPLS networks and Layer 2/Layer 3 protocols (OSPF, BGP, MPLS, VRRP)Experience with Huawei ATN series routers (ATN 910, ATN 950, etc.)Familiarity with QoS configuration, traffic engineering, bandwidth optimizationHands-on network commissioning, integration, troubleshootingProficiency in network monitoring tools and NOC operationsGood communication and documentation skills2. RAN EngineerNumber of Resources: 1Experience Required: 6 YearsDomain: Huawei OSS systems for RAN monitoring and troubleshootingSkillset Required:Expertise monitoring RAN KPIs and alarms for 2G/3G/4G/5GRemote troubleshooting and escalation for BTS/eNodeB issuesExperience with parameter audits and performance optimization reports3. SDH EngineerNumber of Resources: 2Experience Required: 7 YearsDomain: Optical transmission and SDH/PDH networksSkillset Required:Strong knowledge of SDH/PDH technologies and Huawei OptiX seriesSkills in network provisioning, protection schemes (MSP, SNCP)Fault analysis and restoration expertiseExperience with fibre testing tools (OTDR, power meter)Understanding of synchronization and timing protocols4. OLT Network Access EngineerNumber of Resources: 2Experience Required: 8 YearsDomain: GPON/EPON network access and FTTx deploymentSkillset Required:Expertise with Huawei MA5600/MA5800 series OLTsONT/ONU configuration and troubleshootingVLAN, QoS, multicast configuration managementNetwork monitoring and performance optimizationQualificationsProficiency in Network Administration and Network Engineering to manage and optimize network systemsStrong skills in troubleshooting and identifying solutions to network issuesExperience with Network Security to ensure a secure and protected network environmentKnowledge of Network Design for creating and implementing efficient and scalable network architecturesExcellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work onsite in a collaborative and fast-paced environmentA degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferredWork experience in telecom or digital infrastructure sectors will be an added advantage
