We’re developing AI fabric tools, domain-intelligent agents, and real-time decision systems to power the next generation of product deliveryAbout the RoleThe Director – Program Management Office (PMO) will lead and manage the company’s Program Management framework, ensuring adherence to project portfolio management principles.ResponsibilitiesDrive execution excellence in a scrum/agile environment, facilitating agile ceremonies and fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.Partner with product, engineering, and leadership teams to align priorities and deliver high impact outcomes.Develop and present executive-level dashboards, reports, and presentations tailored for both technical and senior audiences.Oversee program governance, prioritization, and portfolio tracking to ensure alignment with business goals.Manage cross-functional coordination in a matrix environment and optimize resource utilization.Proactively identify risks, manage escalations, and lead conflict resolution to maintain delivery momentum and quality.QualificationsDirect experience with project portfolio management principles and application.Hands-on experience working in scrum/agile environments (including rituals and ceremonies).Strong exposure to product management, software development, or PMO leadership.Proven expertise in creating and delivering presentations for diverse audiences (technical and leadership).Experience working in a matrixed organizational structure with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.Required Skills12+ years of total experience in program/project management, including leadership roles.PMP, Pg MP, or Agile certifications (CSM, SAFe, or equivalent) preferred.Experience working in technology-driven or product-based organizations.Pay range and compensation packageMon – Fri Paid time off and holidays Flexible working hours Opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment Professional development and training opportunities Medical InsuranceEqual Opportunity StatementWe are committed to diversity and inclusivity.```
