Job Description: Distributor Sales Specialist (Senior)
Position: Senior Distributor Sales Specialist (Liquor)
Employment Type: Full-time
Manage sales and distribution of liquor brands across assigned retail outlets (wine shops, bars, restaurants, clubs, etc.).
Achieve weekly/monthly/quarterly sales targets as assigned by management.
Ensure visibility, availability, and placement of products at outlets.
Execute promotions, sampling, and brand activation campaigns.
Maintain compliance with excise regulations and company policies.
Prepare and maintain daily sales reports (DSR)
It is essential to have their own mode of transport(2 wheeler).

Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (preferred: B.Com / BBA / Marketing).
~2–3 years of sales experience in liquor / FMCG / beverages industry.
~ Strong local market knowledge and retailer network.
~ Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
~ Must be comfortable with fieldwork and travel within assigned area.

Fixed Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month (depending on experience).
Incentives: Performance-based bonuses on achieving sales targets.
Allowances: Travel & mobile reimbursement.
