Position Purpose Support the content requirements team by providing attractive and relevant ideas and communication solutions using designs that will have a specific impact on

Training, Branding, Marketing And providing quality communications

resources to meet the fundraising, donor retention, reporting, and branding

requirements. Provide marketing strategy for products and services for

different branch contexts and for the organization as a whole.

Key Deliverables:

Coordinate digitalization of projects such as Empowered World View training and E-learning platform, create designs, illustrations, videos and high-quality content for contextualization and roll out of EWV.

Marketing and Communications Deliverables: Create comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with organizational objectives, target audience, and market trends. Encompass both traditional and digital marketing channels.

Brand Management: Oversee developing and maintaining the organization's brand identity.

Ensure consistency in branding across all communication channels and materials.

Content Creation and Management: Produce engaging and high-quality content for various platforms, Manage content calendars and workflows for timely delivery.

Digital Marketing Campaigns: Plan, execute, and analyze digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. Optimize strategies for maximum effectiveness based on performance monitoring.

Public Relations and Media Relations: Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, bloggers, and influencers. Enhance the organization's visibility and reputation through press releases and media engagements.

Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities. Analyse data for informed decision-making and strategy adjustments.

Event Management: Plan and execute marketing events such as product launches, conferences, and sponsorships. Coordinate logistics and promotional materials.

Lead Generation and Conversion: Develop strategies to generate leads and convert them into customers or clients. Collaborate with sales teams for aligned efforts.

Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyse key performance indicators related to marketing and communication initiatives.

Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for marketing and communication activities. Ensure efficient allocation of resources.

Education and Experience

 Degree in visual communications / visual arts / Media / with experience in

marketing

 Minimum two years in a similar role, should be able to display some achieved projects

 Work in the development sector preferred

 Ability to work with short turnaround times and high expectations a must

 Designing and editing with Adobe and other products

 Strong understanding of layout, design principles

 Strong command of English

 Strong aesthetic sense with a strong understanding of current design trends,

Insightful understanding of diverse audiences across India needed

 Understanding of the development sector and Microfinance sector

Knowledge & Skills and Abilities

 Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication is essential for conveying

marketing messages both internally and externally.

 Marketing Strategy Development: Ability to create comprehensive marketing plans

aligned with business objectives.

 Brand Management: Understanding of brand identity, positioning, and how to

maintain consistency across all communication channels.

 Market Research: Proficiency in conducting market research to identify target

audiences, market trends, and competitive analysis.

 Digital Marketing Expertise: Familiarity with various digital marketing channels such

as social media, email, SEO, and PPC advertising.

 Content Creation and Management: Skills in creating engaging content for various

platforms and managing content calendars.

 Analytics and Data Interpretation: Ability to analyse marketing data to measure the

effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.

 Leadership and Team Management: Capability to lead and inspire a team, delegate

tasks effectively, and foster collaboration.

 Creativity and Innovation: Capacity to think creatively to develop unique

marketing campaigns and solutions.

 Project Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects

simultaneously and meet deadlines.

 Adaptability and Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and

adjust marketing strategies accordingly.

 Interpersonal Skills: Building and maintaining relationships with clients,

stakeholders, and team members is crucial for success in this

Work Environment  This role involves the Understanding of Microfinance and development sector especially

issues of vulnerable children and Families would be advantageous

Travel Requirement  Frequency - At least 1 week in a month (as and when required)
