Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Application Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for providing technical solutions to new & existing corporate customers in India and overseas. You will majorily be responsible for technical pre-sales which include tender documentation, product demonstrations and assisting the sales team for order closure. You will actively drive and manage the presales process with direct customers, the Technical Pre-Sales solution provider must be able to articulate the company’s technology and product portfolio, positioning to both business and technology users.Job Responsibilities▪ To attend meetings with potential clients to determine technical and business requirements and ensuring that all necessary information is collated prior to producing a solution▪ Provide technical solutions in a professional manner within agreed timelines▪ Create and confidently deliver technical presentations internally and externally▪ Deliver training on solutions and provide product support to channel partners and internal stakeholders▪ Create internal design configuration documentation including process diagrams with technical explanations▪ Work with internal technical teams to feedback on issues with current products and provide input around new products▪ Builds productive relationships internally and externally, developing teamwork by keeping colleagues updated on activities▪ Perform technical development for each solution as part of design and development engineering. ▪ Able to understand business drivers and risks involved to the customer and to Sungrow▪ Sell technical solutions to the customer with professionalism and enthusiasm▪ Provide accurate and timely management information, to include - activity reports, bid reviews, project forecasts.▪ Adhere to the Company’s policy, Quality and Business Processes▪ To structure and produce compelling sales technical documentation outlining the cost savings and business benefits to clients of using Sungrow solutions.▪ Interface with the implementation / project team, articulating customer requirement, to meet customer requirements according to project.▪ Ability to demonstrate Sungrow products and technologies effectively to audiences of varied technical knowledgeMinimum Requirements: Minimum 2 years PV industry experiences are required, and prior working experiences in PV, issues and/or technologies are preferredBE or Btech in Electrical or electronics and communicationAbout us:Sungrow Power Supply Co., Ltd.
