Position: E-discovery- Data ManagementJob Type: Full TimeMorae Global seeks to find the best and the brightest people- those who understand what it takes to deliver top quality solutions for our clients.Responsibilities:• Working closely with all internal stakeholders on technical issues related to the e Discovery Function.• Providing end-to-end data collection, processing, review workflows, analytics, and production/export deliverables.• Experienced in the e Discovery and team handling roles.• Strong knowledge in Industry-standard platforms like Relativity (Relativity Certification preferred), Nuix.• Familiar with data load files and production formats• Flexible with working hours and open to working in 24x7 shifts.• Should understand and handle Forensic collection, and analysis using Encase, FTK• Hands-on with supporting tools like Ready Suite, Safe Copy, Tree Size Trident, Aid4 Email, etc.• Ability to read and construct queries on SQL and formulate the data per business needs.• Should have knowledge of FTP usage and handling data transfers.• Strong conceptual thinking and ideation skills; passion for brainstorming ideas, sketching concepts, and connecting pieces to solve problems.• Working experience as a team member: understanding personal and team roles; contributing to a positive working environment by building solid relationships with team members• Proactively seeking guidance, clarification, and feedback. Also providing guidance, clarification, and feedback to less-experienced resources and taking ownership of crucial tasks to share knowledge or train them.• Experience in priority job planning and managing a shift 24x7.• Managing or handling client calls to troubleshoot problems or issues.• Candidate should have an interest in and an ability to rapidly learn new tools and technologies.• Setting up e Discovery workflows and Documentation.• Strong technical knowledge and ability to conduct root cause analysis.• Training and motivating team members as they closely work with the client.• Focusing on individual performance and ensures they are adhering the existing procedures or workflows.Skills and Experience:• 4+ years of experience performing e-discovery processing, productions, and migrations.• Managing Team and Shift schedules.• Must have a bachelor’s degree.• Working experience in the “Follow the Sun Model “or 24 X7 shift.• Strong Analytical and Interpretational skills.• Delegating responsibilities and supervising BAU.• Strong Technical knowledge of Relativity, Nuix, Brainspace.• Excellent communication skills and result driven.Why Morae?Morae’s approach to employee development is unique in the marketplace.
