We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Microsoft 365 Tenant Administrator with little Azure expertise to manage and optimize our Microsoft 365 environment. This role focuses on end-to-end tenant administration and tenant-to-tenant migrations , ensuring security, complaint, and seamless collaboration experience across the organization. Azure administration knowledge is an advantage. Microsoft 365 Administration Manage and maintain core M365 services — Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Intune , and Security & Compliance Center . Implement and monitor governance, security, and compliance policies to ensure regulatory adherence and data protection. Oversee system health, performance monitoring , and capacity planning for M365 workloads. Plan and lead Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations with minimal user disruption. Perform pre-migration assessments , execute detailed migration plans, and validate post-migration performance. Manage mail flow, identity synchronization , and ensure data integrity during migration projects. Experience in Merger and Acquisition is an advantage Support hybrid identity solutions including Azure AD Connect and ADFS . Administer Microsoft Intune for device compliance, application deployment, and endpoint protection. Enforce security baselines and compliance policies across devices and applications. Serve as the escalation point for complex incidents and collaborate with Microsoft Support when necessary. 7–11 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 administration and tenant migrations (M365-to-M365, Google Workspace-to-M365, On-prem-to-Cloud, etc.). ~ Proven experience with Intune , Conditional Access , MFA , and compliance frameworks . ~ Microsoft Certified: MS-102 (Microsoft 365 Administrator) — required.
