Senior System Administrator Job Code : PAL/SSA// Location : Bangalore Mode : Onsite Contact Email ID : About the Role We are looking for an experienced senior system administrator to monitor and optimize our complex IT infrastructure together with our international IT infrastructure Team. This role requires strong expertise in system monitoring, user management, and cloud support, with the ability to manage complex international projects. Key Responsibilities: Handling of second-level issues, including escalation to manufacturers. Manage and optimize monitoring systems (PRTG, Arctic Wolf, Defender, Veeam) and ensure data integrity Administer and manage Azure platform operations and provide e.g. Salesforce administration support. Develop and maintain data delivery processes for IT-controlling, including capacity and license management. Execution of patch management initiatives for VMWare, Citrix, Windows and other platforms in collaboration with the international IT infrastructure Team. Provide advanced troubleshooting and infrastructure support for international teams. Administer the Asia Datacenter, including client PC and mobile device administration together with the international IT infrastructure Team. Key Requirements: Extensive experience in system administration and cloud platforms. Strong knowledge of monitoring tools, patch management, and infrastructure support. Proficient in data analytics and IT-controlling processes. Ability to manage multiple projects across various regions effectively. Strong leadership and communication skills. Strong collaboration and support of our international teams across various time zones. Proficiency in German is an advantage but not a requirement. Candidates must, however, have a minimum of B2-level English proficiency to communicate effectively within the international teams and our headquarters.
